From a vision to thirty thousand lives.
Sandra Morales founded Kassy Health in Orlando in 2006 with one mission: serve seniors with dignity, excellence, and heart. What began as a small agency grew into one of Central Florida's most recognized and innovative home health organizations — partnering with major hospitals and more than 500 physician groups, with over 200 clinicians and more than 30,000 patients served.
Sandra is not a clinician. She is a healthcare operator, and that distinction matters. She has spent more than two decades inside the industry with a focus on concierge care — designing programs that meet patients where they actually live. She built her craft alongside the clinicians, hospital partners, and community networks who answered the calls at 2 a.m. and walked alongside families through their hardest moments.
They taught her how to manage a healthcare business with care and compassion, without letting one undercut the other. Kassy Health is what those years of program design look like when they come home — a Medicare-certified team of registered nurses, therapists, social workers, and aides, coordinated end-to-end by an operator who knows what one phone call at 4 p.m. on a Friday can mean for a family.
